FDBKA Annual Honey Show

FDBKA holds an annual Honey Show. The aim of the Show is to provide members with a platform to demonstrate their expertise in beekeeping. This is achieved through the shows competitive classes of honey, beeswax and related products such as polishes, creams, mead and confectionery. A full list of the competitive classes can be found HERE . All beecraft, photography, mead/beer and confectionery classes are open to family members of FDBKA beekeepers.
The updated Show rules are available HERE and if you are interested in entering, please complete the online entry form via the link below or EMAIL a completed ENTRY FORM to the Honey Show Secretary.
To be held at:
Wicor Primary School
Hatherley Crescent, Portchester, PO16 9DL
Exhibits are to be staged between 8:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.
No exhibits will be accepted after 9:30 a.m.
Judging will be held in a closed hall between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
Exhibits open to the public from 1:00 p.m.
Prizes awarded at 3:00 p.m.
Exhibits can be collected after the trophies have been presented.
