Details: 7.15pm: tea/coffee + a biccy
7.30pm: We need as many members as possible to attend the AGM to vote in next years officers. A social will be held afterwards.

In some cases, to endorse a volunteer for a post, in other instances to highlight where there are no volunteers and, hopefully, you might be tempted to put your name forward. Finally, there are decisions to be made about the annual Honey Show and the Association’s annual donations. All will become clear on the night!
If you are truly unable to attend on the 4th and you are a paid-up member, you can submit your vote(s) by emailing me by 1st December.
You can vote to endorse a candidate.
You can put yourself forward for a position where there are no volunteers.
You can vote in the 3 options for the Honey Show.
You can endorse the Committee’s choice for donations.
Hopefully, we will see you on the 4th December.
